Your SANZA Spring System
Each reformer includes five resistance springs:
- 1 Yellow Light Spring: Up to 8.4 kg / 18.5 lb
- 2 Green Medium Springs: Up to 14.5 kg / 31.9 lb each
- 2 Red Heavy Springs: Up to 27.8 kg / 61.2 lb each
Use the springs individually or combine them to adjust the level of support and challenge for each movement. Resistance progressively increases as the springs extend.
