Made to Order Every SANZA Foldable Pilates Reformer is individually crafted to order, ensuring exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Please allow 3–6 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.
Shipping Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Shipping Confirmation Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
International Orders — Duties & Taxes All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may be charged upon arrival in the destination country. Please note that customs clearance may add to your delivery timeframe. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order. Please be aware that duties and taxes paid to customs authorities are non-refundable in the event of a return.
