Each SANZA Active Pilates Reformer is made to order and individually crafted to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Production Time

• 10–12 business days

Estimated Delivery Times

After production is complete, your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched.

• Australia: Approximately 2–4 weeks

• International Orders: Approximately 2–4 weeks (delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs processing, and local freight carriers).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Information

Due to the size and weight of our reformers, deliveries are completed via specialised freight services.

Please note: we are unable to deliver to apartments or units. A ground-floor residential or commercial address is required.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the nominated address. Depending on your location and courier, additional delivery services such as remote area delivery, or scheduled delivery may incur additional charges.

For international orders, applicable customs duties and import taxes are collected at checkout so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.
